Riding down to Grandma's in Dad's rusty car,
Through the door we come, admiring Grandma's tree,
Smelling the baking cookies, and Christmas in the air,
How wonderful it is at Grandma's house tonight!

Oh Great Santa, Oh Great Santa, please bring me lots of cheer,
Jump in your sleigh and come right away
Oh Great Santa, Oh Great Santa, please bring me lots of cheer,
Jump in your sleigh and come right away!

Conor, 9, LaCrescent, MN

I am waiting for, Christmas to come,
So I can have lo-ts of fun.
It is snowing hard, and oh I can't wait,
Christmas is coming soon, so let's celebrate!

Oh, Ho-Ho-Ho, Ho-Ho-Ho, Santa will be coming,
to deliver toys for all on Christmas Eve!
Oh, Ho-Ho-Ho, Ho-Ho-Ho, Santa a will be coming,
Let's leave cookies and milk on Christmas Eve!

I have a long list, for Santa when he comes,
Hoping I will get so-mething fun.
Maybe a movie, maybe a game,
Maybe a dog that is tame.

Oh, Ho-Ho-Ho...

I want some CD's and a PC,
Oh this could be, the best Christmas for me,
Maybe a game, and may-be some clothes,
My stockin' will be full

Oh, Ho-Ho-Ho...

On Christmas Day, I don't want to say,
All I got was a toy-flag,
But in the bottom, there was a hole
Where there was a big chunk of coal!

Oh, Ho-Ho-Ho...

See the snowflakes fall, in a little ball,
opening my mouth wide, turning my head side to side,
See it falling in, it has just began, melting in my mouth so quick I'd better not get sick!
Oh, Little Snow Flakes, Little Snow Flakes,
how tasty you taste,
ploppin' in my mouth, faster than a mouse,
I'm gettin' cold let's go in the house!

Sittin' at the kitchen table, hope I will be able,
to have a cup of snowflakes, come on everybody lets taste.
Have a big sip please, oops I gotta sneeze,
I think I have a big issue I better go and get a tissue!

Oh, Little Snowflake...

Now I'm back outside, goin' for a ride,
on my beautiful sled, hope I don't bonk my head,
Having lots of fun, if we had to go inside it'd be a bum,
I wish I could do this every day come on let's go play!

Oh, Little Snow Flake...

Running through the snow, with a happy soul,
With some Christmas cheer, he'll bring presents here;
Come on let's go sing, but what if the telephone rings,
Oh what fun it is to sing a Christmas song tonight!!!

Oh, Christmas cheer, Christmas cheer, what if he doesn't come here? Christmas cheer,
Christmas cheer, Maybe he might come here!!!
Oh, Christmas cheer, Christmas cheer, what if he doesn't come here? Christmas cheer,
Christmas cheer, Maybe he might come here!!!

Sliding through the snow in my brand new yellow sled,
Down the hill we go, I was way ahead.
Zooming out of control, I just passed my friend,
I'm going down the steepest part, just around the bend, hey!

Sledding down, sledding down, sledding down the hill!
Oh, what fun this can be, this is such a thrill.
Sledding down, sledding down, sledding down the hill!
Oh, what fun this can be, this is such a thrill!

Cole, 9, LaCrescent, MN

Packing snow balls tight, ready for a fight,
Busy with our friends, we're playing through the night.
Mittens on our hands and hats upon our heads,
Throwing snow balls back and forth until we go to bed!

Snowball fights, snowball fights, snow so fluffy and light.
O, what fun it is to play with friends in a blizzard of white!

O, what fun it is to play with friends in a blizzard of white!

Baking sugar cookies, they really taste delicious,
When it comes to presents, I'm very ambitious.
Stocking full of candy, I hope it comes in handy,
When sledding down the hill, it feels very dandy.

Santa Claus, Santa Claus, please come to my house,
We got some good sugar cookies plus there's not a mouse!

Shooting at a doe, out of a 52 pick-up
With a 22 and a bow. I missed and shot a duck.
Duck is really mad, She's flying right me,
It's not too fun to run from a duck, while I'm trying to drink my tea.

Does and ducks, does and ducks, coming through the woods.
Boat sprung a leak, my tree stand leaks, my dog she ran away hey!
Does and ducks, does and ducks, coming through the wood.
My dog came back, I just saw a big rack, next year I think I'll fish.

Aaron, 10, LaCrescent, MN

Skating on the rink, stopping on the ice
Scoring goals, I just snapped my stick.
Got to go get a blade, better get to the locker room,
What a great game we had, hope to see you next time.
Skate hard, skate hard, skate hard and stop.
And a pass to number 12 and a goal.
Skate hard, skate hard, skate hard and stop.
And a pass to number 12 and a goal.

Troy, 10, LaCrescent, MN

Sliding down the hill, In my new black sled,
In front of me is Bill, who was gonna be in his bed.
We're going the wrong way, We're going of the trail,
We just missed the hay, And I really want to bail.

Sliding, Sliding, Sliding all the way,
Sliding down a great big hill, we're gonna land in hay.
Sliding, sliding, sliding all the way,
Hey watch out we're coming through, sorry for the delay.

Annie, 10, LaCrescent, MN

Falling snow, comes down
Sparkling, from the sky,
Throwing snow what fun, slipping on the ice
Winter time is cold, that's when I freeze.

Christmas night, Christmas night, Santa comes tonight,
His sleigh's filled with toys just for me and you, whoo,

Tramping through the snow, cause off to school we go,
With a backpack on our backs, to learn this and that.
Our teacher is very swell, She teaches us well,
Some days it's a pain, but hey that's ok, cause we'll come back again, day after day.

Oh History, Arithmetic, Social Studies, Spelling, Music, and don't forget P.E.
