HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY
No purchase or pledge necessary. Entries for the above giveaway can be made by making a membership pledge to Minnesota Public Radio between 12 a.m. CDT August 1, 2002, and 11:59 p.m. CDT September 22, 2002. To make an entry without pledging, use this form. You may also e-mail mail@mpr.org, call 800-227-2811, or send a postcard with the handwritten message "Select Comfort Bed Giveaway," your name, street address, city/state/zip code and phone number to: Select Comfort Bed Giveaway, MPR, 45 East 7th St., St. Paul, MN 55101. Entries with incomplete information will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY
Anyone can enter the giveaway except persons who on or after December 1, 2001, were or are employees of American Public Media Group and its related organizations, including Minnesota Public Radio, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. The giveaway is open to any United States resident. Void where prohibited by law. Winners must be 18 years of age or older.
PRIZE
One - Select Comfort Queen Size Pillow Top Bed with dual air chambers - value up to $2149.98, depending on the size mattress chosen. (Winner may select different size.)
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
A winner and nine back up names for the prize will be selected by random drawing and announced on Minnesota Public Radio news and music stations. Winner will be drawn by October 15, 2002. Winner will be notified by telephone or certified mail. If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach the winner or the winner is unable to accept the prize within 30 days, the unawarded prize will go to the first back up and subsequent back-ups thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
GENERAL
By participating in these Giveaways, participants agree that Minnesota Public Radio, American Public Media Group and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the contest. Prize must be taken within one year from the date of award, except where otherwise noted. The Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions. Minnesota Public Radio may use winners' names and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the winner's responsibility. Prize must be picked up in St. Paul Minnesota.
RESTRICTIONS
By participating in the Giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges.
