Broadcast premiere of Heitzeg's Together (Divided We Are Nothing) set for May 25 on Classical Minnesota Public Radio

The broadcast premiere of Together (Divided We Are Nothing) by Steve Heitzeg, originally performed by the Minnesota Orchestra, conducted by Osmo Vänskä, and the Minnesota All-State Choir on February 16, 2007, will be on Friday, May 25 between 8-10 p.m. during the intermission of the Minnesota Orchestra's live regional broadcast hosted by Brian Newhouse.

The broadcast will also include the Minnesota premiere of Aaron Jay Kernis' Newly Drawn Sky, Bela Bartok's Piano Concerto No. 3 and Jean Sibelius' Symphony No. 2. Tune in to your local Classical Minnesota Public Radio station, including 99.5 FM KSJN in the Twin Cities, at 8 p.m. Friday, May 25 to listen. The broadcast is also streamed live online at www.mpr.org/classical.
