Minnesota Public Radio Presents St. Patrick's Day Children's Matinee on March 17
Renowned authors, musicians and puppeteers to bring Irish folklore to life

WHAT: Minnesota Public Radio invites adults and kids alike to an afternoon of Irish stories, live music and assorted visual shenanigans.
Artistic director George Sand promises an experience filled with Irish tales of elves, leprechauns and fairies, with narration by famed Minnesota author Erin Hart and accompaniment by renowned musicians Laura MacKenzie and Ross Sutter. The stories will be drawn from author James Stephens' popular retellings of Irish fairy tales.
Puppeteer Eric Ruin will bring narratives to life during the first part of the show as he shapes and shadows the stories with his unique art and charming characters. For the second half of the show, seats will be removed to make way for dancing feet.
