Winemakers Dinner
6-10 pm
Metropolitan, 5418 Wayzata Boulevard, Minneapolis
A spectacular evening of French cuisine, flavors, and flair is planned to warm up a winter's night.

Minnesota Opera
6:30 pm and 7:30 pm
MPR Host: Brandi Parisi
Join members of the Minnesota Opera as they perform excerpts of delectable food-and-wine moments from famous operas, including: Die Fledermaus (Strauss), La Perichole (Offenbach), Hamlet (Thomas), Hansel and Gretel (Humperdinck), Cavalleria Rusticana (Mascagni), and La Traviata (Verdi).

The Splendid Table

Minnesota Public Radio's culinary diva Lynne Rossetto Kasper broadcasts her award-winning show, The Splendid Table, live from the Twin Cities Food and Wine Experience. Join Lynne and her special guests, including Katherine Lanpher, host of MPR's Midmorning, for an hour of live radio celebrating life's appetites. Be a part of this broadcast and come ready with questions and challenges for some of the country's premier food experts.

Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra

Join Joseph Hagedorn and Leslie Shank of The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra as they perform a number of selections by Arcangelo Corelli, Joaquin Turina, Astor Piazzolla, and Wolfgang Mozart.
